New Work...
Wow, so much for posting once a week! While I may not have been posting, I have been making work. I'm hoping to do a bisque firing next week and then glaze soon after that, which means I may actually have some finished pots to share. For now, work in progress will have to do...

Looking good! I really like the lines and style of the Bannana Split Dish. Reminds me of the "Genie Lamp". The rest of the pieces looking good too. Like I've said before you're on to something here.

I'll join the chorus here -- the power bowls look really great! I love the elegant detail of the power lines and the windmills. And the change from black-on-white on the inside to white-on-black on the outside is nice too. Cool-looking stuff, Kip!
I found your blog while looking for information on paper resist techniques. I love what you're doing with it! These pieces are amazing. Just wanted to say hi...I'm also a ceramic artist working in Minneapolis, and I spent a couple of years living in Pittsburgh, too.
